They are seeking a Principal for their Equity investment team to drive deal origination, manage venture capital transactions, and provide strategic support to portfolio companies.

Responsibilities
Lead all investment stages—from origination and evaluation through to execution
Manage portfolio companies, including KPI tracking, financial reporting, strategy review, and identifying key support areas
Cultivate relationships within the startup and venture capital community to identify new investment opportunities, partnerships for portfolio companies and represent BITKRAFT as a prominent industry ambassador
Help set research, thesis and content development agenda
Collaborate with senior leadership to mentor the investment team, delegate work effectively, and foster sound investment practices among junior associates, analysts, and interns
Assist with BITKRAFT’s fundraising efforts for future funds
Qualification
Required
Background in investing, finance, business, or related fields, with significant expertise in gaming and interactive entertainment sectors
Experienced in people management, setting and delegating tasks, as well as fostering professional team growth
Extensive experience in venture capital or startups, with strong financial modeling and research capabilities
Established relationships with founders, investors, and industry stakeholders
Excellent quantitative, strategic, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
Structured thinking and execution-oriented approach to work
Strong interpersonal, persuasion and relationship-building abilities with clear and candid communication style
Lead by example with excellence and reliability in delivery
Preferred
Location: Major city in Europe preferred
Language: Fluent English (spoken and written)
