Responsibilities
Keep us up-to-date with entertainment industry and copyright regulation
Keep contact with our lawyers, making sure they have the information they need, for example research and document preparation for cases
Assist transaction lawyer with search of contracts and tracking details of license requests
Research/Register works at the Performance Rights Societies and US Govt Copyright Office
Help manage our legal records
Qualification
Required
Must have taken a copyright course and a contracts course
Music business experience
Preferred
