Responsibilities

Two to four years of complex product liability litigation experience at a law firm

Experience defending clients in both California state court and federal court

Preferred experience with pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumer health or consumer-facing products

Experience in all phases of litigation, including:

Discovery

Depositions

Motion drafting

Hearings

Trial or trial preparation experience is a plus

Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills

Strong academic credentials

Qualification

Required
