Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions with clients, document their needs, and define use cases and prioritization within SOW scope
Set articulation & strategy for deliverables, ensuring clarity before beginning work
Collaborate closely with engineers on project execution and prototype development
Analyse client workflows to identify AI solution opportunities and process optimization
Design and prototype AI solutions and process improvement recommendations
Manage project delivery against contractual commitments, ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards, and client satisfaction is high
Conduct client training and support adoption of solutions as needed
Track your time and project progress in ClickUp, submit weekly updates, and keep utilization and project efficiency optimised
Gather feedback on solutions, make needed adjustments, and iterate for better outcomes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in AI strategy, solution design or AI/LLM implementation
Demonstrated ability in workflow analysis and process optimization
Strong project management and delivery track record, ideally in AI, technology, or consulting environments
Excellent communication skills with clients and cross functional teams; capable of translating technical concepts to business outcomes
Self-driven, detail-oriented, able to manage time and tasks (including time tracking and administrative responsibilities) effectively
Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving situations with multiple simultaneous client engagements
Preferred
Experience working directly with clients in an AI or automation context, from discovery through delivery and adoption
Familiarity with tools/processes like ClickUp (or similar project-management platforms)
Background in consulting, workflow automation, or AI driven process transformation
Technical acumen with AI/ML/LLM tools, prototyping or automation systems is a plus
