Campaign Manager

UTTR is a fully remote company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Campaign Manager to support the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior team members to ensure campaigns are launched on time and optimized for success.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads and more
Monitor campaign performance and help track key metrics, identifying any issues that arise during execution. You’ll work with the team to ensure campaigns are optimized in real-time for maximum effectiveness
Support data entry, management, and reporting for various campaigns. You’ll assist in gathering and analyzing campaign data to help improve performance and inform future strategies
Collaborate with design, revops and client teams to ensure campaign materials are delivered on time and according to specifications. You’ll ensure all campaign assets are correctly implemented across channels
Track the progress of projects, and ensure deadlines are met. You'll be responsible for keeping all stakeholders updated on project timelines

Required

Experience or Education in Marketing: A background in marketing, communications, or a related field
Attention to Detail: You're highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics tools)
Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams and understand the importance of keeping everyone aligned
Analytical Mindset: You're comfortable working with data, tracking metrics, and understanding campaign performance. You're eager to learn how to use data to improve future campaigns
Proactive & Eager to Learn: You're a self-starter who's ready to take on new tasks and learn on the job. You're enthusiastic about growing your skills and contributing to the success of marketing campaigns

Preferred

Some experience in campaign management or digital marketing (internships, coursework, or previous roles) is a plus
