Sr. Channel Account Manager

The Sr. Channel Account Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic partner relationships to drive growth in RedLegg’s cybersecurity services, collaborating closely with various teams and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

Directly manage and grow strategic RedLegg partners through structured, bi-annual business planning and performance reviews
Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with RedLegg’s go-to-market strategy
Coordinate and deliver training for partner sales teams and systems engineers
Collaborate with field sales and partners to uncover and develop services opportunities
Ensure partners are equipped with the right content and tools to effectively position RedLegg’s value proposition
Lead the creation and execution of joint business plans with each focus partner, in collaboration with field sales
Manage deal registration, pipeline development, and accurate forecasting for all partner-sourced opportunities within your territory
Serve as a senior point of contact for partner escalations, strategic alignment, and long-term growth planning
Contribute to the evolution of RedLegg’s channel strategy and partner enablement programs

Qualification

Required

5+ years of channel management or partner sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, MSSP, or SaaS
Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems and driving revenue through indirect channels
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication skills (written, phone, and presentation)
Self-managed, team-oriented, and highly organized
Strong work ethic, sound judgment, and decision-making capabilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Experience with Huspot or other CRM tools preferred
