Institutional Sales Manager (APAC/SEA)

The Institutional Sales Manager will focus on acquiring and developing relationships with major institutional clients, expanding existing customer relationships, and providing optimal service solutions.

Responsibilities

Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback

Required

Sales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a clear sales KPI
Familiar with the use of a CRM tool
Worked autonomously within a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers
At least 3-5 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales
Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etc
Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Preferred

Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
Additional languages would be an advantage
