Responsibilities
Overseeing and conducting workflow processes to ensure production and administrative activities are completed efficiently and on schedule
Collecting, analyzing, and maintaining operational data related to materials, production, and profit processes for reporting and decision-making
Preparing and maintaining shop records, schedules, and correspondence in alignment with company policies
Identifying opportunities to streamline operations and assist with implementing solutions to improve productivity and accuracy
Serving as a liaison between management, warehouse personnel, and other departments to maintain clear communication and support company goals
Supporting the coordination and documentation of material usage and furniture construction components
Creating and distributing performance, profit, and workflow reports using Microsoft Excel and other software tools
