Customer Success Manager/Account Manager

Appodeal is a dynamic US-based product company with a truly global presence. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to build relationships with partners, optimize inventory flow, and maximize revenue opportunities in the AdTech space.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for key demand partners, maintaining strong, long-term relationships
Support and grow existing client accounts, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for expansion
Help customers optimize monetization strategies using BidMachine’s exchange and tools
Monitor and fine-tune QPS settings and ensure the health of integrations across partners
Provide strategic guidance and troubleshoot client issues to maximize performance and revenue potential
Develop tailored growth plans for assigned partners, aligned with KPIs such as UA, Monetization, and Product metrics
Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners on best practices in programmatic advertising and mobile monetization
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to advocate for client needs and improve our offerings
Analyze customer data, prepare reports and insights, and forecast performance trends

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development in the AdTech / Programmatic ecosystem
Strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, RTB, and programmatic trading
Hands-on experience with demand-side partners (e.g., Moloco, Adikteev, Liftoff) and brand / agency clients
Knowledge of key advertising metrics — CPM, eCPM, Fill Rate, ROAS, LTV, etc
Ability to create clear documentation (e.g., QBRs, reports, success plans)
Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English

Preferred

Familiarity with attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) is a plus
