Responsibilities

Assist in management of VP's leadership team strategy; including owning agenda for weekly huddles and managing ongoing SLT interactions
Facilitation of departmental planning, executive reporting, budgeting / forecasting, meeting management (townhalls, workshops, strategy sessions) and executive presentations / communications
Manage tactical/strategic projects and initiatives, support change management (including communications) across the organization
Support leadership in managing organizational priorities, talent initiatives, and internal communications
Partner with HR and Finance to optimize headcount planning, budget tracking, and performance management activities

Required

Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of experience in Strategy & Operations or Program Management
At least 3 years of experience of working on operations teams and cross functional programs
At least 3 years of experience managing or contributing to strategic plans
At least 2 years of experience in Communications planning and development, including department communications, leadership team meetings, presentations, memos and reports
At least 2 years of experience in Organizational development and performance

Preferred

Masters Degree
At least 5 years of experience in Project or process management managing visible projects which require the ability to manage cross-functional team members, remove obstacles and influence appropriately
At least 5 years of experience in Communications planning and development, including department communications, leadership team meetings, presentations, memos and reports
