The Senior Integration Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing technology architectures, advising customers on integration capabilities, and coordinating with product teams to enhance Mambu's offerings.

Responsibilities
You will help our Customers design and implement efficient, performant and scalable technology architectures centred around Mambu
You will advise, consult and train Customers on the usage of Mambu’s integration capabilities to ensure use of best practices
You will design and POC orchestrations for functional gaps and guide our Customers on their implementation
You will coordinate with our product and engineering teams to identify enhancements and improvements to Mambu’s offering
You will work with new and existing Customers in a variety of engagements ensuring that execution is on track, we deliver value and exceed customer expectations
Qualification
Required
Strong technical background designing and implementing integration architectures leveraging public cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure
Deep understanding of web services, APIs, webhooks and streaming services and their practical application in various use cases
Excellent verbal and written communications skills being able to tailor your approach to technical and non-technical audiences, managing customer relationships and stakeholders, and producing high quality documentation and deliverables
Customer obsessed, a consultant at heart and with a proactive mindset to solve problems and drive positive outcomes
Experience in a service environment, preferably consulting in financial services with strong knowledge of core banking systems
