Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage IaaS/PaaS solutions across AWS GovCloud and Azure environments

Integrate cloud environments with ODNI’s Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and Identity & Access Management (ICAM) policies

Design, provision, and manage secure AWS GovCloud/C2S environments including VPCs, EC2, IAM, S3, and encrypted networking aligned with ODNI Zero Trust and ICAM policies

Support provisioning of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) instances and secure VDI environments

Collaborate with cybersecurity and DevOps teams to implement compliant baselines and secure cloud automation

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and auditability in a classified setting

Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code and continuous compliance using CloudFormation/Terraform, CloudWatch/CloudTrail, and AWS Config/Security Hub to support automated, audit-ready cloud operations
