Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze and help explain historical and projected financial information
Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A and capital raising transactions
Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations
Value real estate companies, businesses, and assets
Assist in the marketing and planning of engagements; and
Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's and / or Master's Degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
A fundamental understanding of real estate and corporate valuation theories, methodologies, and applications
Strong analytical abilities
Proficiency with Excel (particularly modeling skills) and PowerPoint
A demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff
Be an independent thinker and resourceful problem solver driven to succeed
Have a very strong work ethic, organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Demonstrate a strong interest in real estate
A demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff
Strong knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory
Keen analytical capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Finance, Accounting, Economics, and Real Estate majors are preferred
