Responsibilities

Leading the coordination and execution of technical activities throughout the sales lifecycle, including technical discovery, product demonstrations, and evaluations
Serving as a hands-on expert for customers, analyzing their product development requirements and providing recommendations to enhance performance metrics
Addressing application-specific design and simulation requirements using state-of-the-art electromagnetic simulation tools and platforms
Developing and implementing differentiating simulation solutions, integrating them into customer design workflows, and expanding your domain expertise
Collaborating with Product Development to translate customer needs into new product features and participating in the testing of new releases
Supporting Field and Digital Marketing teams by developing promotional materials, supporting events, and authoring conference presentations
Utilizing scripting and automation to streamline simulation workflows and improve productivity
Leading professional service deliveries, conducting training classes, and contributing to customer success initiatives

Required

BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years (BS), 3 years (MS), or 0 years (PhD) of professional experience in an engineering software environment
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as Ansys Motor-CAD, Ansys Maxwell, or equivalent low-frequency electromagnetic finite element tools
Expertise in optimization and design workflows for electric machines, including electromagnetic, thermal, and NVH analysis in high-tech sectors
Knowledge of control integration and system modeling for e-motors and drivetrains
Strong foundation in physics phenomena and simulation methods related to magnetic design, power loss, and efficiency
Proficiency in scripting and workflow automation
Logical problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, fluent in English
Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
