Responsibilities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to deliver best-in-class institutional services solutions and products
Drive product development for comprehensive product catalogs including but not limited to trading, asset management solutions, risk management, reporting, data analytics and exchange infrastructure
Advise and collaborate with business teams to design product roadmap and outline key milestones
Perform detailed break-down of project plan and execute from the idea crafting to go-live
Deliver detailed PRD requirements and interactive designs with considerations of technical feasibility and implementation plans
Analyze product performance data and promptly react to user feedback to optimize user experience
Lead and supervise the product life cycle by collaborating with our engineering, QA and other stakeholders to fulfill the delivery objectives
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or banking, preferably with institutional brokers, asset managers, or trading system vendors
Solid understanding of trading workflows, business parties, and front-to-back office operations
Familiarity with pre-trade compliance, trade execution, post-trade analytics, settlement, and clearing
Strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability in Agile environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
Preferred
Experience with API integration (FIX, REST, WebSocket) and delivering institutional front office trading systems is a plus
