Responsibilities
Personally lead and close complex, enterprise platform deals with large health systems, modeling what “great” looks like in executive-level selling to CIOs, CISOs, Compliance, Quality, and Safety leaders
Serve as a player-coach to a team of Regional VPs and Sales Directors, setting the standard for deal strategy, account planning, executive engagement, and disciplined execution
Own forecasting accuracy and pipeline health end-to-end, partnering closely with Commercial Operations to drive rigor, transparency, and predictable outcomes quarter over quarter
Build and unify a sales organization shaped by acquisition and scale, establishing a single operating rhythm, common sales language, and clear performance expectations across regions
Spend significant time in the field with customers and teams, helping advance late-stage opportunities, unblock complex deals, and reinforce credibility with healthcare executives
Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align go-to-market priorities, inform roadmap decisions, and expand enterprise footprint across multi-solution portfolios
Create a performance culture where accountability, preparation, and results are visible, expected, and consistently reinforced

Executive-level enterprise SaaS sales experience, including senior leadership roles where you directly led leaders of leaders and remained actively involved in closing strategic deals

Strong familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, quality, safety, or adjacent regulated software domains (GRC, EHS, clinical, financial, or operational risk)
Proven ownership of $40M–$50M+ in annual new ACV (or equivalent scale), with evidence of disciplined forecasting and consistent execution
