Learning Management Program Manager
James Moore & Co. is seeking a Learning Management Program Manager to oversee the planning, development, and implementation of programs aimed at member engagement and professional growth. This role involves collaborating with leadership to manage resources and ensure initiatives align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Plan, develop, organize and manage the execution of professional development programs, events, and initiatives
Coordinate event logistics, including speaker recruitment, sessions planning, and onsite-virtual delivery
Oversee continuing education programs and maintain compliance with applicable accreditation standards
Develop strategies and project plans that address the evolving needs of members and stakeholders
Monitor project timeliness, budgets, and outcomes to ensure quality and deficiency
Partner with internal staff and vendors to deliver exceptional experiences across all programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
5 years of professional work experience, ideally in project management, programs, or professional services
Exceptional planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience with project management, LMS or other programs is a plus
