System Analyst Middle / Middle+ / Senior
Platacard is seeking a System Analyst to join various teams focused on product development and technical solutions. The role involves designing architecture, APIs, and data models, as well as creating specifications for development teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Proactively propose and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and optimize the conversion funnel, ensuring a seamless user journey
Participation in the product's life cycle from idea to implementation and launch
Elaboration of specifications for integration interactions between products
Work with Engineering, Design, and other key teams, ensuring a unified and effective approach to product development
Creation of technical documentations, specifications and service requirements
Designing efficient technical solutions considering business needs with development team
Finding solutions for complex issues on production
End-to-end product development requirements management
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as System Analyst
Experience with designing API, architecture, data model and business processes
UML/BPMN experienced
Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specification for developers
REST/gRPC models knowledge
Experience designing complex scalable services with high load and high availability
Hands-on experience in launching and developing products from scratch
Basic knowledge of prioritization frameworks and team management skills
Basic SQL skills
B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Preferred
Solid experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL databases
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns
Experience working with Kafka
