Senior Program Manager, Intelligent Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities
Develop strategic program roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders, product and operations teams. Be able to reassess priorities should program needs change
Serve as primary point-of-contact for the program and provide regular business reviews on health and roadmap execution
Work with stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop milestones to ensure timely completion of projects
Create and maintain multiple, complex and concurrent program plans
Negotiate resources and work timelines to ensure on-time completion and deliver desired business results
Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit
Communicate status risks, and changes of program milestones to a large user population and senior business leaders
Analyze and report out on Talent Acquisition data and research to stakeholders. Consolidate and produce metrics and insights that reflect success or failure criteria. Dive deep into defect data to root cause problematic products or processes and advice on corrective actions
Negotiate platform integration and use, technical support and implementation of continuous improvements
Partner with technical teams to derive program requirements, develop delivery mechanisms for our candidates, and research new assessment capabilities
Surface opportunities to innovate to continuously improve organizational efficiency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
