Responsibilities
Support the execution of broadband network deployment projects
Managing activities across the organization
Planning, coordinating, and managing the full lifecycle of broadband deployment projects from design through installation
Work closely with Network Design, Property Owners, and Operations leadership
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, vendors, and field crews
Tracking project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and risks using project management tools
Facilitating regular update meetings
Providing status reports to leadership
Identifying and resolving potential roadblocks
Qualification
Required

You are an effective and creative problem solver
You have a proven ability to initiate, grow, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in construction, utilities, or technology
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in project management software such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in the telecom industry
