Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered tools, copilots, and AI agents that enhance developer productivity and streamline key engineering workflows

Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, DevOps) to uncover bottlenecks and automation gaps

Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of AI-powered tools, provide training, and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Collaborate on architecture and design decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Bitso’s engineering standards

Required

Proven English fluency

5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or ML engineering, with a proven record of owning technical initiatives end-to-end

Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying production grade services or tools

Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals (e.g., data preparation, training, evaluation, embeddings)

Hands-on experience integrating APIs and automation workflows, with the ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions

Interest and demonstrated learning in LLMs or applied AI, with curiosity to experiment and quickly adopt new frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face)

Strategic mindset, capable of identifying automation opportunities, defining roadmaps, and aligning technical work with business goals

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate ideas into actionable plans and drive cross-functional adoption

Autonomy and initiative, you proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and lead projects without needing step-by-step guidance

Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
