Responsibilities
Source and engage prospective clients through outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted sales activities
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and financial needs
Present wealth management services and recommend suitable investment and planning solutions
Manage and track a pipeline of qualified prospects to move opportunities through the sales process
Collaborate with advisors and service teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
Maintain strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and planning strategies to support effective client consultations
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in financial services, sales, or client-facing advisory roles
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of achieving sales goals or revenue targets
Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly way
Highly self-motivated with strong time-management and prospecting skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Licenses preferred: Series 65, Series 7/66, or ability to obtain within a defined period
