Responsibilities
Advance the development, validation, and real-world implementation of generative AI systems for clinical decision support
Bridge cutting-edge machine learning research and translational medicine
Focus on building trustworthy, interpretable, and safe AI models that augment clinical workflows
Work within a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, physicians, and engineers
Design novel generative architectures
Benchmark them against clinical datasets
Evaluate their performance in real-world settings
Emphasize model reliability, fairness, and value alignment
Create human-AI teams that provide value for patients while enhancing human presence in clinical care

Qualification
Required
PhD or equivalent training in computer science, biomedical informatics, or a related field
Strong experience in deep learning
