Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Identify potential upsell opportunities during customer interactions
Assist in training new team members on customer service procedures
Gather and report customer feedback to enhance service quality
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss service improvements and challenges
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
Proven experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle stressful situations and learn quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends if needed
