Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement

Guide the team to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

Ensure best practices in software development, testing, and deployment are followed

Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments

Manage team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews

Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to keep our products innovative

Collaborate with customer executive leaders to define and implement the overall strategy, manage day-to-day team relationships, and drive significant business impact

Establish an effective feedback loop between the customer team and internal product, machine learning, engineering, and go-to-market teams

Engage with top-tier machine learning, product, engineering, and business teams across industries to help them develop and refine data and AI applications that deliver tangible business value
