As an M&A Business Transformation Manager, you will lead post-deal transformation initiatives to drive value realization and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Design and lead business transformation programs following deal closure

Translate integration strategies into actionable execution roadmaps

Manage key transformation workstreams across operations, technology, and HR

Monitor post-close performance metrics and synergy realization

Implement best practices and process improvements across functions

Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align priorities

Drive cultural integration and employee engagement initiatives

Provide regular updates on transformation progress and milestones

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or related field

6+ years in transformation, post-merger integration, or M&A consulting

Strong understanding of BPO service delivery models and operational structures

Proven ability to lead change in complex, matrixed environments

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with transformation tools, KPI dashboards, and reporting frameworks

Demonstrated success in post-deal transformation and value creation

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based

Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint

Must be willing to submit to drug screening
