Responsibilities

Belong to the Growth Department with the core objective of acquiring Chinese users at scale and being accountable for growth metrics; 所属增长部门,核心目标是华语用户规模的批量获取,对增长指标负责
Expand and manage various types of internet traffic channels. Candidates with one or more of the following growth resources are preferred; 负责拓展各种互联网流量类型的渠道,希望你具有下述一个或多个增长资源
Exposure to domestic and international mobile phone manufacturers and major media resources (e.g., Android, Apple Store, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), with direct cooperation channel resources highly preferred; 海内外手机厂商和大媒体资源(安卓苹果商店/Facebook/ttk等),有相关可以直接合作渠道资源优先
Exposure to App store promotion resources, familiarity with user acquisition methods in app stores and ability to develop channel partnerships to drive user acquisition on Apple and Android stores; 应用商店马甲包/功能包/非标/ASA优化资源,熟悉应用商店的获客方式,可以开发在苹果/安卓商店获客的渠道合作
Familiarity with mid- and long-tail channel resources such as tools, games, and other verticals; 包括但不限于熟悉工具类、游戏类等中长尾的渠道资源
Independently research and develop various growth models based on business needs, maintain sensitivity to traffic trends, and proactively seek and explore new partnership and growth opportunities; 根据业务结果需要,自主研究各种增长模式,对流量敏感,积极寻找和挖掘新的合作资源

Required

At least 3 years of experience in user growth, with access to traffic resources such as download sites, webmaster networks, app store user acquisition, and a solid understanding of growth strategies and methodologies
Strong self-motivation, team spirit, and a collaborative mindset. Demonstrates humility and kindness when working with others
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
Familiarity with mid- and long-tail channel resources such as tools, games, and other verticals
Independently research and develop various growth models based on business needs, maintain sensitivity to traffic trends, and proactively seek and explore new partnership and growth opportunities
Exposure to App store promotion resources, familiarity with user acquisition methods in app stores and ability to develop channel partnerships to drive user acquisition on Apple and Android stores

Preferred

Marketing experience in finance, gaming, or third-party applications is preferred, with relevant channel resources being a plus
Candidates with one or more of the following growth resources are preferred
Exposure to domestic and international mobile phone manufacturers and major media resources (e.g., Android, Apple Store, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), with direct cooperation channel resources highly preferred
