Compliance Manager
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Compliance Manager for a growing credit union in Southern NH. The role is crucial for maintaining compliance culture, internal controls, and records management across the institution.

Responsibilities
Manage and ensure compliance with all applicable credit union regulations, financial laws, and internal policies
Oversee IRA administration, tax form processing, abandoned property processing, and record retention/destruction
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all internal control reports
Review marketing materials for regulatory and internal-standards compliance
Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments as assigned
Provide guidance and interpretations of regulations to management and staff
Support member-facing teams with error resolution and compliance-related inquiries
Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the vendor management program
Make routine decisions on compliance issues and escalate risks appropriately
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in compliance or a related field
Minimum 4 years of compliance experience within a credit union
Strong knowledge of credit union operations, regulations (NCUA, Reg E, Reg D, BSA, etc.), and compliance best practices
