They are seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to provide operational support to the Inside Sales Team and improve customer engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Inside Sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
Manage customer inquiries related to orders, tracking, and product information, delivering timely and accurate responses that strengthen customer relationships
Process software system transfers and warranty orders in coordination with the Service Department, ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer agreements
Create and maintain customer accounts in CRM and operational systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across platforms
Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between customer needs, product delivery, and company processes
Act as a champion for continuous improvement, working to enhance internal processes that reflect the same high quality and reliability as Kamstrup’s products
Gather and document customer feedback to identify key improvement areas, helping to shape more effective support practices and workflows
Conduct annual customer satisfaction check-ins for software accounts, ensuring customers are receiving optimal value and support from Kamstrup’s solutions
Schedule and coordinate recurring touch-base calls with key accounts, promoting proactive communication and long-term customer success
Make outbound calls to leads to support sales growth, assist with qualification, and ensure timely follow-up on potential opportunities
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices that improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall customer experience
Process and manage incoming credit requests, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication and thorough investigation of disputes
Contribute to team meetings and special projects aimed at enhancing internal collaboration and customer satisfaction
Support the integration of new tools or systems that streamline internal workflows and improve responsiveness to customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with internal teams, customers, and partners
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility and a proactive mindset to adapt to shifting business needs
Preferred
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or operational coordination
Experience in invoicing, customer support, or enterprise account administration
