Responsibilities
Define and execute the vision for MyCC’s enterprise platforms and data strategy, ensuring Salesforce and related systems align with organizational goals and growth strategies
Partner across all departments to understand operational needs, streamline workflows, improve adoption, and enable scalable solutions that support companywide efficiency
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to design and deliver an integrated technology roadmap that supports both current and future business priorities
Oversee Salesforce administration, governance, and integrations with other key platforms such as HRIS, LMS, financial systems, and marketing automation tools
Develop and manage a multi-year roadmap for system enhancements, AI-driven automation, and analytics that improve performance and decision-making
Lead data governance and reporting strategies, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and insight across the organization
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen connections between systems, and enhance user experience
Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and project timelines for technology initiatives and platform maintenance
Lead a team of administrators and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Stay ahead of emerging technology trends, Salesforce releases, and best practices to keep MyCC’s digital ecosystem efficient, secure, and future-ready
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience leading teams and managing Salesforce and enterprise systems in a complex, multi-department organization
Demonstrated success leading large-scale development and coding projects, integrations, platform enhancements, and user adoption initiatives
Strong understanding of CRM strategy, workflow automation, software development lifecycle, and data governance
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with a strong balance of technical and business insight
Preferred
Background in education technology or related industries preferred, with familiarity in student or customer lifecycle systems (CRM, LMS, SIS)
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant) preferred
