Responsibilities

Empanel assigned and/or self-sourced companies into the Workplace Banking portfolio with the primary aim of onboarding company employees into the Workplace Banking programme for salary crediting with UOB and cross-selling of other bank products

Drive profitable AUM volume growth from existing and new customers by proactively engaging, understanding and meeting their needs with the full range of UOB retail banking products

Collaborate with Corporate RMs to introduce Workplace Banking value propositions to senior stakeholders and key decision makers from referred corporations

Work closely with Customer Value Proposition Manager and Marketing Manager to customize and design differentiated package offerings for specific companies

Work closely with acquisition managers and product specialists from various sales teams to maximize overall product cross-selling at Workplace Banking events
