Responsibilities

Support due diligence, feasibility, structuring, and funding

Build advanced financial models for acquisitions and capital structuring

Analyse market data, financial statements, and transaction metrics

Prepare investor/financier presentations and RFI responses

Assist in preparing equity and debt documentation

Partner with internal teams and external advisors

Qualification

Required

5+ years in real estate investment, private equity, capital markets, consulting, or financing

Strong commercial real estate knowledge; advanced Excel modelling
