Responsibilities

Design, build, and own product functionality across the stack

Lead projects and make critical technical trade-offs, balancing performance, scalability, and user experience

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and customer-facing teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions

Champion technical excellence in code quality, testing, accessibility, and performance

Contribute to technical leadership by guiding peers, surfacing risks, and ensuring alignment with product goals

Potentially step into a hands-on management role as the team grows

Required

8+ years of experience building and scaling complex SaaS products

Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks

Solid experience with Python backends and Postgres databases

Excellent communication skills—able to partner with product and non-technical stakeholders, surface key insights, and bring others along in decision-making

Experience in technical leadership: setting direction, mentoring, and guiding teams through ambiguity
