Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between Stripe MALPB and the card networks (VISA and Mastercard), fostering strong partnerships to facilitate communication and collaboration
Strategic Initiatives: Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives related to card network relations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
Compliance Oversight: Ensure that the MALPB complies with the card networks' compliance programs, rules, and practices. This includes coordinating action plans to address any gaps identified in compliance reviews
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve, including cross-functional coordination, any issues or concerns that arise with the card networks programs, including fraud risk management and chargeback monitoring, promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Shared Services Management: Oversee the shared services between Stripe MALPB and SINC, ensuring that these services are delivered in accordance with the Intercompany Support Agreement and its respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with finance, compliance, and operational teams to align strategies and ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements and processes
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of communications, compliance activities, and vendor performance, ensuring all necessary information is readily accessible
Business Administration: Serve as the business administrator for the card networks’ portals, managing access and ensuring that necessary information is accurately maintained
Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors that support the Stripe MALPB, overseeing contracts, performance, and service delivery (in coordination with enterprise vendor management teams) to ensure alignment with the MALPB's objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
8+ years of experience working directly with card networks (VISA, Mastercard)
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to payment processing and the operations of card networks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to varied audiences
Strong analytical skills with experience serving as a strategic thought partner to the business in solving novel or complex problems
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex situations diplomatically
A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across different teams and departments
