Responsibilities
Develop interactive, multi-dimensional content including motion graphics, animations, and dynamic user interfaces
Apply advanced storyboarding and prototyping to visualize learner experiences
Utilize tools such as Rive, Spline, and Figma to design animated, immersive learning journeys
Lead the build and deployment of eLearning using Articulate Rise or Storyline
Explores new methods and design solutions according to emergent techniques
Execute independent work on complex projects with minimal oversight
Collaborate with developers and instructional strategists to align on user needs and technical feasibility
Use JavaScript (or similar) for lightweight interactivity in learning applications
Advocate for design standards, accessibility, and innovation in training experiences
Travel requirements estimated at 10%, including the need to travel internationally
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX, Instructional Design, or equivalent
4-7 years of experience in instructional design
Two years experience of graphic layout in print and screen
Two years experience with motion graphics and interactive logic
Two years experience web style design tooling
Adobe Creative Suite (with specific experience in motion tools)
Figma
E-Learning Tools (Articulate 360 Storyline, Camtasia, etc)
Web-styled interaction tools (Rive, Spline, etc)
JavaScript (preferred)
Video/audio editing tools
Strong conceptual thinking with ability to translate ideas into compelling, thought-provoking visuals
Ability to balance creativity and learning objectives
Skilled in animation, motion graphics, and interactivity
Experiences in a team-based design processes with review steams and critique
Strategic Creativity – Designs immersive, engaging learning experiences
Inventive – Curious and interested in finding and working with new tools to meet emerging learning needs
Advanced Technical Design – familiarity with logic state-oriented designs, dimensional timelines and code-based interactivity
Collaboration – Partners cross-functionally with developers, SMEs, and stakeholders
Action Oriented: Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
