Responsibilities

Provides direct clinical patient care with Tenet's in-house contingent Pool, Trusted Resource Associates
Communicates continuously with the physician about patient condition
Assists physician during invasive and noninvasive procedures
Operates all equipment safely and correctly
Assesses procedure room for equipment functioning and readiness
Obtains supplies for individual cases and ensures all appropriate needs of the Cardiac Cath Laboratory team are met
Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities
Authorized to be in the presence of medication

Qualification

BLS certificationARRT certificationRCIS certificationCath Lab TechAcute care experience

Required

BLS and ARRT or (RCIS) certification and state license, if required
Must have 2 years of acute care experience in Cath Lab Tech
