CyberCoders is seeking a highly skilled Project Architect/Senior Architect with expertise in Healthcare Architecture to lead and manage healthcare projects from design through to construction documentation. The successful candidate will ensure architectural excellence in all phases of project development while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage healthcare architecture projects, ensuring compliance with HCAI standards
Develop and produce detailed construction documents using Revit
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative healthcare solutions
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior architects and design teams
Ensure that all architectural designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements
Participate in project presentations and client meetings, articulating design concepts and project progress
Mentor and guide junior architects and interns in best practices and professional development

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Licensed Architect (NCARB preferred) with AIA membership
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare architecture
Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software
Strong understanding of HCAI regulations and standards for healthcare facilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
