Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic design team. In this role, you will create intuitive digital experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

Translate complex product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces using industry best practices
Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to inform design decisions
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure the technical feasibility and consistent implementation of designs
Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery for multiple projects simultaneously
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design critiques and team reviews
Stay current on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the user experience

Required

5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of responsive web and mobile design work
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc
Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
Experience with usability testing, user research methods, and incorporating feedback into design iteration
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field

Preferred

Experience working in agile or lean product development environments
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)
Exposure to enterprise applications or SaaS product environments
Design leadership or mentoring experience
