Commercial real estate experience with an emphasis on acquisition, disposition, or financing of commercial properties
Experience in the development of unimproved real estate for commercial purposes
Experience with renewable energy, leasing, development, and/or joint-venture transactions is strongly encouraged
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
Strong experience reviewing title, survey, and other customary due diligence matters
Energy, drive, and desire to work in a dynamic, team-based, and high-volume environment with strong attention to detail and motivation to learn
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in commercial real estate
Commercial real estate experience with an emphasis on acquisition, disposition, or financing of commercial properties
Experience in the development of unimproved real estate for commercial purposes
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
Strong experience reviewing title, survey, and other customary due diligence matters

Admission to the TX State Bar or the ability to waive into the TX State Bar
