Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)
Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies
Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field
Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
Preferred
Prior internship in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy
