Product Liability Litigation Associate
Barnes & Thornburg LLP is an AmLaw 100 law firm with 23 offices nationwide. They are seeking a Product Liability Litigation Associate to join their Chicago office, focusing on complex product liability cases and supporting clients in litigation across various courts.

Responsibilities
2–4 years of complex product liability litigation experience at a law firm
Experience defending clients in Illinois state court (required) and Federal court (preferred)
Preferred background includes work involving pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumer health or other consumer-facing products
Proficient in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, court hearings, trial preparation and/or trial participation (a plus)
Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
Strong academic credentials
Be highly motivated to join an active trial practice
Demonstrate initiative and a readiness to take ownership of client matters
Possess strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a large, collaborative team environment
Be admitted to the Illinois bar (required)
Qualification
Required
