Responsibilities

Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the medspa vertical, including identifying new partnerships, distribution channels, and enterprise opportunities
Build and maintain strategic relationships with leading aesthetics brands, including Allergan, Galderma, and others, to drive collaborative growth initiatives
Identify and secure high-value partnerships with multi-location medspa groups, physician-led organizations, and franchise networks
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to shape offerings that align with the evolving needs of the medspa industry
Lead contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and strategic alliances that expand the company’s presence and influence
Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and executive forums to elevate brand visibility
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and maintain market leadership
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure success and continuously optimize business development efforts

Required

10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales experience, ideally in medical aesthetics, medspa, or related health technology sectors
Strong existing relationships within the aesthetic ecosystem, including direct experience working with or at Allergan
Proven success leading growth initiatives, complex deal negotiations, and high-impact partnerships
Deep understanding of medspa operations, clinical services, and the patient experience
Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and align strategic interests across organizations
Strong financial acumen with experience in partnership modeling and ROI analysis
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
