Inside Sales Manager
Professional Sports Publications is an authorized sales agent for premier publishers of high-quality sports publications. The Inside Sales Manager will focus on hiring, training, and managing an inside sales team while also engaging in hands-on sales activities.
Responsibilities
Hiring, mentoring, and developing team of salespeople
Conduct training
Distribute leads to our inside Advertising Sales Representatives
Create a great work atmosphere that fosters results while still maintaining a casual and professional fun feel
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding leadership skills with a proven success working within a team to achieve goals
Outgoing and personable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent management and supervisory skills. Multi-tasking is a must!
Organized attention to detail
Ability to coach and mentor sales representatives
Preferred
Previous experience in a supervisory sales role preferred
