Loll Designs is a designer and manufacturer of modern outdoor furniture based in Duluth, MN. They are seeking a Manufacturing Team Member to assist in various production tasks while ensuring quality and efficiency in their manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Sort machined parts as they come out of the CNC Shop and place aluminum inserts into designated locations
Assemble machined parts to the point they are ready for shipment
Properly package finished product with correct paperwork, and appropriate hardware for customer to complete assembly when received
Inspect all handled parts to ensure quality
Hand tool operation to include drills, drill presses, miter saws, utility knife, glue guns, screwdrivers, shrink wrap machine and engraver
Help to maintain proper inventory of boxes, hardware, labels, etc
Order replacement parts for any defects
Document all defective parts prior to recycling
Special projects as requested

Required

High school diploma or GED is required
Positive attitude and strong focus
Good communication with peers and supervisor
Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and deal with problems involving concrete variables
Good communication skills with peers as well as a supervisor
Ability to read and understand work orders
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Must have great attention to detail
Ability to work well independently and with a team
Must be able to effectively communicate
Basic computer skills

Preferred

Work experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
