Providing training to clients on company products

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Required

Experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining client relationships
Strong Customer Service skills, with an emphasis on responsiveness and issue resolution
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proven expertise in Sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth
Ability to conduct and deliver effective Training sessions on product offerings
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with the medical or healthcare industry

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
