Demand Generation Sales Development Representative
PartnerCentric, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Sales Development Representative to drive the outbound pipeline for their affiliate, partnership, and influencer/creator solutions. The role involves strategic outbound prospecting, relationship-driven demand generation, and utilizing AI tools for research and personalization, all aimed at engaging senior marketing leaders and contributing to the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
Execute outbound outreach across email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and personalized video
Use AI-powered research to identify insights, signals, and triggers that drive relevance
Build targeted prospect lists based on ICP criteria and prioritize them intelligently
Engage consistently with marketing leaders and decision-makers through social/digital interaction
Build nurture paths for high-value target accounts through regular, value-added touchpoints
Leverage warm networks and second-degree relationships where possible
Participate in digital conversations within the industry to build credibility
Help create a sense of familiarity and trust with target accounts long before a meeting is requested
Use AI tools (Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT/Claude, Make, AirOps) to:
Monitor brand activity, marketing changes, growth signals, and funding news
Generate contextualized message introductions
Identify topics and pain points relevant to each prospect
Build repeatable workflows that increase personalization without sacrificing scale
Own the full outbound pipeline creation process — from account research to first meeting
Conduct outbound-driven qualification calls to confirm pain points, timing, and fit
Prepare notes and context for seamless handoff to sales leadership
Collaborate with sales leadership on messaging, sequencing, and outbound strategy
Work with service-line leaders (affiliate, influencer, tech) to deepen your understanding of real-world problems prospects face
Share insights about persona resonance, outreach performance, and messaging experiments to continually improve pipeline creation
Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data within HubSpot
Build and monitor personal dashboards to track outreach volume, connection rate, meeting rate, and channel performance
Run A/B tests to optimize subject lines, message frameworks, cadence structures, and call scripts
Fully understand PartnerCentric’s offerings, ICP, differentiators, and outbound stack
Establish consistent outbound workflows and daily prospecting rhythms
Run multi-channel outbound sequences with strong personalization and messaging quality
Begin generating new conversations and meetings with ICP accounts
Consistently hit or exceed monthly meeting creation and pipeline contribution targets
Show clear prioritization, strong messaging instincts, and reliable outbound performance
Be recognized as a key driver of outbound momentum and pipeline strategy
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of outbound BDR/SDR or demand-generation experience
Strong writing skills and proven ability to craft personalized outbound messaging
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, or similar
Comfortable and confident with cold calling
Highly organized, proactive, and process-driven
Strong curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows
Ability to engage senior marketing leaders thoughtfully and professionally
Preferred
Experience in digital marketing, performance, affiliate, partnership, or influencer/creator ecosystems
Experience using AI tools for research, personalization, or workflow automation
Experience refining outbound based on data, testing, and market feedback
