Responsibilities

Establish consistent communication and collaboration with faculty by meeting weekly to discuss course progress, address student concerns, and align instructional and administrative strategies
Foster an inclusive learning atmosphere by understanding and accommodating diverse learning needs, supporting all students in their academic journey, and promoting an engaging and positive classroom experience
Acquire skills in grading assignments or papers, providing constructive feedback on student work, and evaluating the effectiveness of evidence-based resources to support course content
Gain proficiency in preparing in-class activity materials, managing course content and communications in Canvas, recording and calculating grades, proctoring examinations, taking attendance, and monitoring participation
Facilitate weekly TA Student Support Hours and Review Sessions, provide individual or small group conferencing, guide group projects or discussions, and effectively communicate student concerns and needs with faculty
Promote screening events by posting fliers, verifying registrations, managing waitlists, coordinating rooms and therapists the day of the event
Manage paperwork related to the event

MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY
Must be Federal Work Study Eligible
Must Include a Resume and Cover Letter
First and Second year student eligible
Must be available on Fridays
Strong clinical background

Exceptional organizational skills
Must be a self-starter
Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills
