Responsibilities
Own a product area end‑to‑end , from vision and strategy through execution and delivery
Define and drive the multi‑year vision for Coinbase’s onchain product experiences, shaping the narrative from early concepts through final implementation
Set OKRs across multiple teams and drive cross‑functional collaboration to achieve them
Identify, define, and track the right metrics (quantitative and qualitative) for new and existing product areas; use insights to inform roadmap and prioritization
Balance stakeholder objectives and rigorously prioritize to maintain momentum on the highest‑impact work
Orchestrate seamless onchain/offchain transactions , connecting Coinbase’s centralized exchange with onchain protocols to scale current products and unlock new experiences
Partner closely with engineers and cross‑functional teams across Coinbase Retail; you’ll work with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and Coinbase’s internal exchange infrastructure to create elegant solutions for complex onchain/offchain interactions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Product Management experience
Comfort with technical systems and strong empathy for developers
Proven stakeholder and project management skills across multi‑disciplinary teams
Strong consumer product judgment and the ability to translate developer capabilities into high‑quality customer experiences
Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and Coinbase's mission
Preferred
Fresh ideas about the onchain ↔ offchain boundary for payments and flows
Experience building reusable or developer‑facing primitives (APIs, SDKs, protocols)
Experience expanding onchain ecosystems with developers, creators, or consumers
An existing network in crypto communities
“Crypto‑forward” experience, including familiarity with onchain activity (e.g., interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, engaging with dApps/blockchain‑based services)
