The role involves gaining hands-on experience in content creation, campaign execution, and social media strategy while collaborating with various teams to drive engagement and optimize content performance.

Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Planning: Brainstorm creative content ideas aligned with campaign objectives and brand messaging

Pre-Production Management: Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and coordinating with stakeholders for seamless content execution

Content Production: Support multimedia content creation, including videos, graphics, and written posts for various social media platforms

Editing & Optimisation: Enhance content through video editing and graphic design to maximize engagement and reach

Market Research & Presentation: Conduct research on social media governance, including tools for TikTok management and best practices in social listening. Present key insights and recommendations to the team

Preferred

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields

Hands-on experience with Rednote for content creation

Proficiency in AI tools for content creation and familiarity with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.)

Strong creativity and storytelling skills

Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design

Passionate about emerging social media trends and best practices
