NVA General Practice is seeking a Client Service Representative to join the Sahuaro Vista Veterinary Clinic team. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients and ensuring exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients with a genuine, warm, and professional demeanor, both in person and over the phone
Manage multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments efficiently, and organize patient records accurately
Explain routine procedures, answer client questions, process payments, and coordinate communication between clients and our DVM/Tech team
Handle admissions and discharges, maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, and manage inventory of front-desk supplies
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and fun work culture!

Qualification

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with veterinary software (or ability to learn quickly)

Preferred

Previous experience in a veterinary or medical front office setting is highly preferred
Exceptional customer service experience in any field will be considered
